A collaboration with our friends at Jester King, or if you are in Texas, it is absolutely not a collaboration with those cats!  

Our Jester King collabo magnum opus to Texas citrus. Well, all Texas fruit, really. In every group of citrus, there is bound to be a natural born commander. It’s inevitable, really. You can’t stop it. Don’t even try. We tried to gather all the citrus in Texas, we really did, but it’s a big state, and “they” were already using most of the citrus anyway, apparently. Who knew?

What we were able to forage, we (well, the kind folks at Jester King, actually, but we were there in spirit) dehydrated for easy transport and use.
