Casamigos - Mezcal Joven (750ml)

Casamigos Mezcal and Tequila is the brainchild of actor George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman.  For Casamigos Mezcal the Pinas are slowly roasted for 6 to 7 days in pits with heated heated lava rock and then allowed to cool before being distilled in copper stills and diluted with spring water.

Less herbal and slighlty sweeter than traditional Mezcal Casamigos is somewhat less "funky" or more mainstream, if there is such a designation, for Mezcal.
