From the depths with all its legs, the kraken surfaces! Murky, blood ruby, watery edge. Medium full-body. Evolutionary nose: Bright cherry, worcestershire initially. 30min decant brings sage and parsnip. 45min in, Parmigiano with roasted Roma tomato makes things smell interesting. Never ending palate bouquet. Cherry, sage, worcestershire, blueberry, black pepper, parmesean, vanilla and a bit of saline. Finishes long and parsley-like. Minty.
