The Tosca family of wines represent great values in Italian wines. Aromas of wild berry and violet come lift out of the glass. The soft palate offers ripe Marasca cherry and a hint of crushed herb alongside pliant tannins. It's already accessible so drink now.
Good bottle at a great price. Nice relaxing nose of dark fruit. Deep claret color. Rich medium almost full body. Blackberry and plum are noticeable as are light minerals and oak. The finish has caramel and nice lingering dark fruit. Very approachable and easy drinking but complex enough for food. Darren Dunay.
